Below is the standard Model Release agreement for all to review. If interested, please send us an email to TheRealFitnessSoldiers@gmail.com, introduce yourself, include a recent photo of either yourself and/or the person under the age of 18 whom the parent and/or legal guardian is interested in giving permission to be hired to work, and request a DocuSign link to this same agreement.

Anyone following our social media on Instagram and/or TikTok, or FitnessSoldiers on Facebook.com — send us a DM with your interest in becoming an Ambassador and include a recent photo from the waist up that includes your face. Once received, if there is an opening, we will reach out to you. If chosen, we will schedule an in-person meeting at a public location, and if you will work the same day of the in-person meeting, we will bring along a copy of the Model Release for you to fill out prior to shooting. Payment will be either via Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, or in some cases Cash, and a receipt will be provided.

All potential Models and/or Brand Ambassadors must be at least 16 years of age. All adults (18+) must present a valid, non-expired government-issued photo ID at the time of the in-person meeting. A copy will be made and kept on file for legal purposes. For minors (ages 16-17), a parent or legal guardian must be present and provide their own valid government-issued photo ID, along with any available identification for the minor (school ID, state ID, or passport). The parent or legal guardian’s ID will serve as the primary identification on file.

This Model Release Agreement states that I, __________________________________ (Print Name), hereinafter referred to as Model/Athlete, hereby give my full legal permission to Fitness Soldiers Inc., and Edward Hughey further known as the Owner/Photographer/Videographer to license and use all images, video footage and sound recordings to be used on all social and multimedia platforms as well as in print, video, marketing, promotion, distribution and public display in the United States and abroad. The Model/Athlete further agrees that the Owner, Fitness Soldiers Inc., and/or its affiliates has all rights to images and sound recordings for perpetuity worldwide.

The Model/Athlete has been compensated the total amount in full of $_________ for his or her participation.

Minor Consent — Below the Legal Age of Consent (Under 18)

A parent and/or legal guardian must agree to the following:

I, ______________________________________________________ (Parent or Legal Guardian), hereby agree and give my full permission for my son or daughter, hereinafter referred to as either Model and/or Brand Ambassador, to be able to participate in a photo and/or video shoot to be considered a Model and/or Brand Ambassador wearing the clothing items or accessories doing physical activity such as running, walking, participate in various sports such as Baseball, Basketball, Track N Field, Swimming, Weightlifting, Tennis etc., representing the Fitness Soldiers Athletic Apparel brand and/or featured as a Model and/or Ambassador under the brand name with or without the actual gear and accessories but could have those images superimposed to help with the advertising of said products.
